1. Information we collect
To arrange and track a delivery we collect names, phone numbers, and addresses for the sender and recipient, along with payment and shipment details.
2. How we use it
We only use your information to arrange and complete your deliveries: pickup, transit, payment processing, tracking updates, and support. We do not use it for anything beyond this, except as described below for email marketing.
3. Email marketing
Where you provide an email address, we may also use it to send you occasional updates about our services and promotions. Every marketing email includes an option to unsubscribe, and doing so never affects your ability to book or track deliveries with us.
4. Who we share it with
Delivery details are shared with the rider assigned to a shipment, and payment details with our payment processor (Paystack) for online orders. We do not sell customer information.
5. Data retention
We keep shipment and account records for as long as needed to provide our service and meet our legal and accounting obligations.
6. Your choices
You can update your account details at any time, unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time, or contact us to ask what information we hold about you.
