Prohibited items

For the safety of our riders and other customers' packages, we cannot accept the following for delivery:

• •Firearms, ammunition, and weapons of any kind
• •Illegal drugs and narcotics
• •Explosives, flammable, or hazardous materials
• •Live animals
• •Human remains
• •Counterfeit goods
• •Currency, bearer bonds, and other negotiable instruments
• •Perishable food items without prior arrangement

A shipment found to contain a prohibited item may be refused, returned, or handed to the relevant authorities. Contact us before booking if you're unsure whether an item qualifies.
